  • At our development site in Taiwan, agricultural technicians work under the scorching sun, holding sample containers, with neatly arranged crop beds in the background.

Taiwan R&D Base|The Starting Point of Future Agriculture

Morino Co., Ltd. (Japan) operates a development site in Taiwan, leveraging the region’s warm climate to conduct experiments in microbial farming and crop cultivation under environmental stress conditions. The site serves as a testing ground for a full-cycle approach—from technology development to mass production validation—for crops such as dragon fruit, pumpkin, tomato, corn, and zucchini.

  • Technicians cultivate green onions in field plots in Japan while simultaneously validating smart agriculture technologies. On-site installations include sensors, shade nets, and other supporting infrastructure.

Field Trials in Japan|Validating Results Directly from the Farm

In our domestic field test sites across Japan, we conduct stable cultivation trials under extreme weather conditions for crops such as green onions, strawberries, zucchini, turnips, and fennel. These trials integrate smart sensor technologies with microbial farming practices. The objectives are to enhance crop flavor, mitigate continuous cropping obstacles, and significantly reduce the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

  • In China, we manage a 300-hectare smart farm integrating hydroponics and soil improvement to achieve sustainable, low-input crop production.

China Soil & Hydroponic Base|A Sustainable Large-Scale Production Model

In China, we support industry partners and manage a 300-hectare smart agriculture demonstration base. The facility integrates LED supplemental lighting with a recirculating hydroponic system to ensure stable production of diverse leafy vegetables such as coriander, lettuce, and basil. At the same time, we promote sustainable open-field cultivation of tomatoes, watermelons, chili peppers, and herbs through low-pesticide, resource-efficient practices and soil improvement technologies.

Integrated Spatial Data & GIS Analytics:
Case Studies on Applied Insights

Our core team holds international certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) and PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), with extensive experience in cross-industry IT project management and business analysis.

We apply these professional capabilities to the agricultural sector, driving practical solutions in agricultural digitalization, smart farming implementation, field monitoring, crop planning, and environmental sensor applications.

By integrating spatial data and leveraging GIS analytics, we empower on-the-ground agricultural operations to make data-driven decisions—enabling sustainable and highly efficient farm management.
